Developing your AI’s personality

This guide will help you identify and realize the right personality for your AI-based chatbot/avatar (whether text, voice, or video) — and is of particular value if you do not already have a Design Guide for Branded Conversational Experiences.

The goal is to identify an effective and engaging on-brand personality for your AI.
